Purchasing one’s first home is a big step in anyone’s life. New home buyers need to be aware of the important role home inspections play in the purchasing process. Our flyer entitled “Are you purchasing your FIRST home?” will give buyers valuable insight on this topic.
Excerpt from the flyer: Inspections are designed to disclose defects in the property that could materially affect its safety, livability, or resale value. They are not designed to disclose cosmetic deficiencies (for example, an interior wall that needs paint touch up). You will need to determine on your own those type of items that will need attention: don’t expect a whole house inspection to reveal them to you.

Even if you have little money for a down payment or credit problems, chances are that you can still buy that new home. It just comes down to knowing the right strategies, and working with the right people.
